Services Offered



The athletes will begin each workout session by running several warm-up laps. This will warm the athletes’ muscles before performing any stretching exercises. (An athlete should never stretch a cold muscle).

The athlete will then perform a list of warm-up drills that will continue to warm the athletes’ muscles in preparation for the performance training for the day.

Individual or Team Training

CTPT does individual training or team training. Some athletes perform better in different situations, so you’ll be able to see what works best for your athlete.

Individual/Small Group Training allows  athletes to get that one on one or small group attention and get as many repetitions of the drills as possible.

Team Training allows athletes to work with their current team to get better as a whole and not just that one individual. Team training provides that competitive atmosphere coaches want to see on the field of play. The team training is fast-paced!
