Agility Training From an Athlete to Another

CT Performance Training, founded by Craig Thompson, is a personal fitness program that has been training athletes for over 26 years. He does speed and agility training as well as  personal training in the Cincinnati, Dayton area.

With many years in agility and other types of personal training, Craig has specialized knowledge to fulfill your athletic needs.

Craig Thompson is a 1989 graduate of Princeton High School.

  • Competed in the State Football Championship Game.
  • 1988 (State Champions).
  • 1989 (Runner Up) Teams most valuable player.
  • Four-time District 100 m dash participant.
  • Two-time Regional Champ in the 100 m dash.
  • Two-time Regional Champ 4 x 100 m relay.
  • Three-time state Qualifier in the 4 x 100 m relay.
  • Two-time state qualifier in the 100 m dash.

Craig Thompson was the recipient of a football scholarship at Eastern Michigan University.

  • He received the AT&T Long Distance “Kickoff Return” Award in the NCAA Division I-A game against Army.
  • Top Mid -American Conference (MAC) Performer.
  • Top in the league in kickoff returns and punt returns from 1990-1993.
  • His 1992 season reaped a bounty of accolades.
  • 6th as the nation’s NCAA Division I-A kickoff return (27.2).
  • 11th in punt returns (12.87).
  • 44th in all-purpose yards (113.89).

Passion

Craig continues to work with today’s up and coming youth in developing the proper running technique needed to increase speed. Craig enjoys working with young people and giving back some of the things that made him a stand out athlete. He enjoys speaking to youth about setting and achieving goals and encouraging them never to give up.
